When I registered for Care Refresh the S/N showed up on the screen, I assumed it was correct.  When I looked at the  DJI Care Refresh Service Agreement that got emailed to me the S/N is different than what is on the drone.  What do I do to resolve this?

Could you please provide us the picture of your serial number, the screenshot of the Service Agreement and the order number for further support? Thank you.

Update: I've checked with the right team that they confirmed that 08QCE8A0122ER6 was input in the order of 0013696081971 at that time. If it is not the right one, please write an email to djicare@dji.com, they will guide you the further steps.
