Hi Guys,
I own a Samsung S5 at it seem to thick for the DJI OM2 any idea how to fix this? anyone with a "thicker" phone
that has had this same issue.
The OM2 works on my S5 BUT is not 100% secure as you can see, any idea how to fix this issue?
I was think of taking out the rubber on the panel of the phone holder, what do you think?
I fix the issue just a little, got more space but not the necessary, I feel much better this way I do need to put something smooth since
that part is rugged and rustic.
The S7 doesn't line up exactly with the groves of the holder, but it still held securely enough.
Putting the phone into the holder seems the most likely time to drop it as its a bit....fiddly.
The Osmo Mobile 2 supports smartphones 58.6-84.8 mm wide and up to 8.4 mm thick. If the phone is too thick, we do not recommend to use it for safety concern. And removing the rug part is not suggested either, please try other mobile phones.

Just bought the OM2 and had the same issue with my Moto G6....
I found the issue is because those rubber mounts on the sides are upside down. (Must be how they assembled them?)
The thick part should be at the back of your phone...
You can see it in your first image... the contour is back to front for MOST mobile phones. (Flat screen rounded edges from back to front screen)
Anyway, I turned them round and phone definitely fits more snuggly.
(See attached)
They're just glued in... peel at one end it should come out.
Hope this helps.
