Afternoon everyone

Ok I own the new phantom 2 2. 4G V2 or in simple terms the new P2 mk2

I've download the RC software but it will not let me calibrate.

Software open
usb connected and transmitter on

I select mode 2 then press calibrate and nothing happens

where and what am I doing wrong

what do the status lights in the lower left corner on the assistant software show?
what operating system are you using? If you are using Windows did you also download and install the DJI Win Driver?

I managed to do it, But for some strange reason when I now turn on my transmitter I am getting a red led, No green or led status for battery level. is there a default setting in the RC software

I have the new NDJ6 Transmitter

When you say "I select mode 2 then press calibrate and nothing happens" you did follow the on screen instructions and rotate both sticks fully in all directions ?

Yes I followed all of the prompts. I think this will take some time getting used too, I am more old school and manual

Ok update on my life so far

Checked all firmware. its V3.08
recalibration on transmitter

Still no green leds  either the power indicator which was green and now red, the four leds to show battery charge status do not work and when they did they were green

Getting totally fed up. I am no computer degree student, I paid a lot of money for this and it does not work grrrrrrrrr

just bought a arf kit. I am newly registered here and I have a spectrum dx6, r620 receiver. My tx and rx nave bound now trying to do calibrate the naza m lite. I got my receivers sn number and put it in the section provided and it continues to say it is the wrong number? I am getting very frustrated. Please help.

How about the LED status when you charging the remote controller? Please check whether the controller is in low battery condition or not.

DJI Sophie Please contact your technical support and see if firmware 1.0.1.19 can be re-flashed. to cut a long story short your RC assistant has damaged the new trainsmitters. there are many other people with the same problem

I'm having the same issue, bought the new remote to upgrade my current ship. After upgrading firmware it just shows red on the remote, can't link to my Phantom2. I would like to downgrade the firmware to what it came with. It at least showed green lights on the new battery indicator.

Why are people trying to upgrade a brand new transmitter with the RC 1.1 assistant and its firmware released a year ago ?
5.8 Transmitter firmware V1.0.2.22  released on 2013-11-05

Because we are all following suit with procedure and advice, maybe we are all stupid  

Please connect to the RC Assistant software again, upgrade the firmware to 1.0.2.30, and check the LED indicators again.

Sorry... I apologize for my mistake...
Right now, what's the firmware version of your 5.8GHz remote controller?

attention affected users of the transmitter fault. the new software update that i requested is now live on RC assistant it fixes the led fault. thanks DJi for listening to my complaint and acting upon it
