When trying to upgrade to v02.00.0700, it fails -- but appears to go to 100%, then doesn't actually install throwing a 0x022403 error. What needs to be done to get past this error installing?

Try updating the RC first.   

Please try to flash the firmware via DJI Assistant 2, if the error code persists, please help to export the upgrade log, I will forward to our engineers to check the details of the failure.
Route to the log:
Window：C:\Users\xxx\AppData\roaming\DJI assistant2\upgrade_log
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/DJI Assistant 2/upgrade_log
