Sorry for the late response and glad to know the store will help you out, like JMR58 suggested, please try to switch wifi channel to 5G when you are at the crowded location, please let us know if there is any other issue.
Well....I bought a broken OSMO+ .... and now "specialist" in MEXICO say it was my fault...The OSMO + came that way, and I didnt broke it.... Thats way I aplied Warranty!!! ....So you sell a broken product, somebody buys it, he applies warranty but ..... somebody with a photos of the osmo+ that came that way say that its an evidence of misuse of my part....... I attached the photos ...and I can say that te OSMO + came that way........I dont know where is the evidence of misuse..and I say that its the evidence of the product came that way,,,,,,
So you say me that your products are perfect .... I just have to say That I didnt misuse.....and the OSMO+ came that way...since beginningOSMO came broken...and now I have the fault and no WARRANTY.....
I just want Warranty applied and a functional product since beginning.....
Well...DJI STORE its a fraud and warranty doesnt apply
