Hi I just bought a Osmo + 3 days ago, I used for work....The first day I did the tutorial and a very little test.... I just like the stabilization for some shots....

The issue was when I was shooting I lost signal from my iphone some times....but the record button keeps blinking red...and the video was shoot....But sometimes I satrted recording and the Osmo shut down automatically and lost connection.

Well from that  footage, I got like 5 or 6 videos form 13Mb to 30Mb that gets "2002 BAD PUBLIC ATOM...." . But 80 other ones works fine( 50MB to 300MB)
I thought It was my phone  (Iphone 5s), the cause of that  connection lost.

Today april 25th I tried with 2 Iphone 6...And its worst, No image,  only the controls....and keep connected for a few seconds and discconect.... I reset the camera and Wi fi, app,
tried to update the firmware, and alll the times said update failed...tried with 3 diferent phones...and always lost connection...not image...

Today I had to use a DSLR to save my work......

And also I found something interesting my osmo+ didnt come with lens cap....I found today that is included watching Youtube videos......

For as far as I know there is no lens cap included with the Osmo+, please put link of YouTube videos here...

When you are at a very crowded location it can be useful to switch wifi setting to 5gh instead of 2.4(settings-wifi settings), to avoid connection lost. This works for me.

Well....I bought a broken OSMO+ .... and now "specialist" in MEXICO say it was my fault...The OSMO + came that way, and I didnt broke it.... Thats way I aplied Warranty!!! ....So you sell a broken product, somebody buys it, he applies warranty but .....  somebody with a photos of the osmo+  that came that way say that its an evidence of misuse of my part....... I attached the photos ...and I can say that te OSMO + came that way........I dont know where is the evidence of misuse..and I say that its the evidence of the product came that way,,,,,,

So you say me that your products are perfect .... I just have to say That I didnt misuse.....and the OSMO+ came that way...since beginningOSMO came broken...and now I have the fault and no WARRANTY.....

I just want Warranty applied and a functional product since beginning.....

Well...DJI STORE  its a fraud and warranty doesnt apply




THE PRODUCT CAME THAT WAY...AND ITS THE REASON I APPLIED WARRANTY ......AND NOW and SPECIALIST SAID I MISUSED...... So that not WARRANTY::ITS A FRAUD

and why if I go to a DJI STORE,   why somebody from HELLBOSS in MEXICO check my equipment....without an official paper that certifies that its store for warranty.

I think that the person that says its a specialist and the store has to be certified   by DJI...not just and engineer......
