As many others I gues, I cannot get any image in the Go app.
I tried to upgrade the X3 firmware but I get following message:

Packet: MATRICE600_FW_V01.10.01.40.bin
Result: Failed.
Reboot the aircraft and try to upgrade the firmware again.

Any suggestions?

Please try to format the SD card and try again. If the problem remains unsolved, please enter HD setting and check if the output mode is EXT.

Formated a dozen times and retried.
Output on EXT won't make a difference ...

I see. Please provide a screenshot of the firmware info. And I would help you forward this situation. Thanks for your support.

I formatted the sd card several times already.
The LB2 is already in EXT.

I brought the camera to a DJI dealer ...

Hi, I have sent the camera back to DJI EU.
The firmware was corrupted and could not be overwritten by simple firmware update.
It was repaired under warranty. Everything works fine now.
