I crashed my MA while doing a Quick Shot; the repair estimate came back as $115 while the Care Refresh is $128.. should I use Care Refresh or just get my bird repaired? Thank you

It probably makes more sense to use DJI Care Refresh since you already have it.

I am worried I get a refurbished one with more issue.. but i think i will get the care refresh replacement for now

My worry is the same as yours except for possibly my end date. If I get a refurb with issues, I'm afraid DJI will use my end date to give me a not-ready-for-prime-time aircraft.
Hoping for a new aircraft, it is scheduled for delivery today to the repair facility.

I agree!! it is pain in the neck too emailing them.. takes ages to reply rrrgh

DJI refresh is your best bet.

Guess it all depends when your plan expires. If soon then best choice is to make use of it but if you still have time, I would take the repair option, would not want a refurb drone if bought brand new one you never know what you getting and what issues and mileage it has on it.

still have until march 2019.. I am worried they change the fan and then more issues come up and the repair bill will be well over the cost of Care Refresh.. but yes i see where you are coming from, add to that if i later need the CareRefresh if the drone is severely damaged.
