I have a Spark with only a few hours of flight. Recently I changed my mobile and I find that Go 4 does not connect to the drone nor to the RC at all. The mobile is an LG V30+ with Android 8. I follow the steps but the QR code scanner never recognizes teh box's sticker code nor the Spark's sticker code. I can manually enter the Wifi for the Spark and RC but Go 4 does not see the connections.
Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing, you are recommended to refer the tutorial video below to Resetting the Wi-Fi SSID and Password, then try the connection again. If still no good luck, then please change a mobile device which on the compatible list of the Spark to check if it can work or not, thanks!
