With Skypixel I have been getting this error in the video window when using Chrome.  Can't read the Chinese so I don't know what it says.
Surprizingly I don't get the error when using IE.

Is there some setting in Chrome to fix this?

I can't read Chinese ether but I did find this on Chrome Error #4 and on Chrome Code :4
Not sure if this is the answer to your problem .

Code: 4  explanation from  Chrome Help Forum.
Error code 4 means the Chrome updater has been blocked or can't connect to the internet otherwise. You probably won't have this issue with the Offline installer (make sure you select the right bit version (32-bit or 64-bit).
Note that if the updater is blocked indeed, you'll get this issue again when Chrome tries to update. In that case, you'll need to check your firewall.

Well I did a Chrome uninstall, reboot and reinstall and the problem persists.  Further investigation shows this is an issue with Skypixel uploaded videos only, NOT linked videos and then ONLY videos from a specific Skypixel server.  The ones from sever "us-videos.dji.net" play, the ones from "dn-djidl2.qbox.me" do not.  If you right click the video box and look at the source code for the frame, you can copy the link of the video file and paste it in a new Chrome window and the video will play.  See the image below.
My conclusion: there is a CODING error in Skypixel.
And before you say why not just post links from YouTube will there is another DJI forum for China of which I am a member.  The only way to get videos to this forum is through Skypixel.

I came across this post.. Some one having the same error. Don't think they got it resolved. Maybe some one has a reply that works.

All of the above Skypixel video links WILL play when using Internet Explorer.

I have the same problem with two of my videos, Chrome does not play them on mobile devices, the others(Firefox, Samsung) do.
It works in the browser with Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139.

Just tried to play the videos in Chrome and I also get error code 4 when it's through skypixel.com. On the other hand, the direct link is played without any problems. Unfortunately, I have no solution to the problem other than you write to SkyPixel and ask them about what happens.

Tried your link in Chrome and I get a Code 4.  Maybe this is a security issue where Chrome is blocking the source but then again why do the direct links play?  Also this was not always and issue, my DUNE video has 32,000 views and it used to play in Chrome.

I can also play videos of other users on skypixel via chrome aswell. Any solutions out there?

The solution has to come from the Skypixel programmers.  I have sent my concerns to the Skypixel feedback link never received any response.

Good news.  Its working now. All my vids loaded can now be played on Chrome. Not sure how they fixed it  but its fixed.
