I just bought a Mavic Air. I went through the setup, but I couldn't complete my profile When I try to enter a name, it tells me, "Failed to save user information. Check your network connection."
I can go into Camera View mode, fly the Mavic around and record video/photos, but there is no image from the camera onscreen. 'HD' does not appear in the options menu either. I know the hardware must all be working, because the telemetry data all comes through and I can see the camera feed via the the 'Find My Drone' feature.
The App and firmware are all up to date. Can anyone please help?
