Hello my Ronin IMU firmware is 0.0 and i cant upgrade it, the motors dont start, when igo in to the pc software te motors kill is always on, and the phone apps dont find never the ronin, coul somebody help me? i think maybe a hard reset could help or a downgrade.

hello susan thanks for the answer, i try already in a pc and a mac and in both computers it says update failure please power cycle device and try again

Thanks for getting back to us, I'll double check with our engineers and see if there are any better suggestions or solutions.

Update: I just got the news from our engineers that they suggested sending the unit in for diagnosis as the issue cannot be figured out remotely. Sorry about this. Please kindly start a case and send the unit in from here: https://www.dji.com/support
