I updated Cendence firmware to a recent 0090. Although the remote now is recognizing patch antenna plugged in, the performance is miserable as compared to standard stick antennas. It turned out that (as mentioned by Mad RC here ) the patch antenna MUST be attached to Cendence during update process. Otherwise the electronics from within antenna itself will not be tweaked accordingly. No mention of this requirement in release notes though ...
Said that, how to reset the Cendence back to a previous state and start the update again, this time with patch antenna installed?
