Just received my 5.5 CS. However I see no option to download offline maps? I've started Go 4 and under the 3 dots there's no option? If it's not available, I assume I can cache if I'm connected to Wifi?

Have you updated the firmware on your CS ?   You should get that option once up to date.

Yes first thing i did, assuming I just do it via ‘update’ under settings?

Is there somewhere else to update it?

Sorry my mistake.  I checked again and I don't have offline maps on my CS.  Guess the current version does not support it.  I got mixed up with the current Go 4 version for android phones which does support it.  CS updates always seem to lag behind on firmware updates.

I notice the same thing as I just got mine also. This is disappointing.

Hi, the Offline Map feature is not available at present. You are recommended to cache the maps on your device:
Connect your device to the Internet, open DJI GO4, go to the flying location on the map, zoom into the desired zoom level, scroll around on the map to load the map images in all areas where you want to fly.
