I'm getting a slight flicker when i take a video, what does that depend on and how can I remedy the situation?

Is it always or depending on position of the sun. possible prop-shades?

now there is a setting in the camera settings that indicates anti flicker, I tried to set in the auto mode but it stays at 50HZ, there is also a 60HZ setting , and I can't even set it at that one.
