Phantom 3 Advanced Battery wont charge, it's a genuine DJI battery, it actually came with my P3A. I have tried to charge it and absolutely nothing happens.. wont turn on or even light up. I've tried charging it for a length of time and still nothing, my charger is good and charges my other batteries fine. Any suggestions or advice?

How old is it, how many full charges had it done?
Was it dormant, unused for an extended period of time?

Hard to say what's wrong with it. Was it ever deep cycled?

No hard landings or other mishandling?

It may be dead or hibernation mode.

You can try this if its Hibernation Mode :

Try to switch on - ignore any lights or not. Just try switch on and LEAVE IT ALONE for 5 minutes.

Plug into charger STILL not touching power button.

Leave it alone ..... it can be minutes or literally all day before it decides to wake up.

DON'T TOUCH it while connected.

Hi Elektra, the battery was the one that came with my P3A when new, approx 2 years ago. It has been charged less than 10 times from new.
