I have Samsung S9 plus and osmo mobile 2. Everything works perfect except zoom in and zoom out are working very fast! How can I make it to working slower?

The working speed of zoom in and out cannot be adjusted on osmo mobile 2 and Samsung S9 plus . Why the zoom speed is too fast? It isn't cinematic  zoom!

Yes, the zoom is useless during recording as it is WAY too fast.  I could not find a way to slow it down.

Because
1) fast zoom isn't cinematic
2) with fast zoom You can't make a dolly zoom-vertigo effect

I know that we can't  slow down the speed of the zoom. So write to your official website NO CINEMATIC ZOOM ON SAMSUNG S9 WITH OSMO MOBILE 2, NO VERTIGO EFFECT  ON SAMSUNG S9 WITH OSMO MOBILE 2.

And it is not only my need! You write it on OSMO MOBILE 2 specifications on your official website that we can have cinematic zoom control and dolly zoom effect. So is your need because if we can't have it then your advertising in your official website is a scam!

Agree. Osmo mobile 2 is terrible with the limited functions with the Samsung S9 plus. Also this is taking way to long to get a descent update from DJI. The first complain was in February and no moths later still no update for the osmo or a descent SDK.

I am using an iPhone 7 plus with the DJI Go app.  I have access to the camera and everything works well except the zoom, which is way too fast.

How do I get access to the "zoom sensitivity" adjustment feature I see mentioned here?

I also have an iPhone 7 Plus and I am also experiencing very fast zoom in and out with the OSMO 2.  Have you heard of any solution yet?

Got my osmo mobile 2 as well last week and had the same issue.

For those still searching how to adjust sensitivity of the zoom control, you can go to settings, camera, and them xoom sensitivity

I found the zoom sensitivity control within the DJI application. Once you connect your phone to the DJI App go to settings (within the App) and look for zoom sensitivity. This will correct your situation.
