I was out this afternoon trying to get into Active Track with my Mavic Pro, but on my screen i dont have a picture of the controller on the left hand side of the screen, but when i go to the tutorial its on that screen, how do iget it to show up, im lost please help

Hi there, please ensure you are not in Sport mode. Try to switch the flight mode on the RC. Besides, please also try to restart the app, or reinstall the app, remember to back up the files and sync the records. See if it works.
