Or you can drain your battery first and then fully charge and see if it can balance.

What do you mean by 'drain your battery' ?
I undestand that is the process to 'balance' DJI battery, but how much % level of battery do I need to reach before stop draining?

Usually, when it is in 3 - 5%, it will have low power warning and it will turn itself off automatically. Then you can charge the battery again.

If the app has battery error message, you can use this method. I would recommend you record the value of the battery voltage first. Then you can wait for 72h and see if the difference between the value is over 110mV. If not, you can provide a screenshot and contact us, thanks.
