Hi,

Just bought my Spark today, and I've spent countless hours attempting to set it up (Already disaapointed on how difficult that was), and I've finally gotten mostly everything linked. I got to the point of where I can finally take off, and I see an update is needed. I went to update it and it tells me this:

Problem Solved: Just had to charge all of the devices (Phone, Spark, Controller).

I wish I had read this 2 hours ago. Same error, Spark and Controller full battery, but phone down to 25%. Charging now and we will see. Thanks for the tip

glad to hear you were able to resolve it.  Yes, always make sure your devices and all batteries are fully charges.  Learned that the hard way

I have got full bat rc, spark and iphone xs, but the problem is all the time. I try upgrade spark in win 7, but in 99% download upgrade in dji assistance 2, its stop .... what i must do to first upgrade spark?! please help!

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. The firmware can be updated both through the DJI Go 4 app and the DJI Assistant 2. Have you tried both? Please keep us posted.
