Hello DJI community,
I recently recieved a Osmo Mobile 2, but it doesn't work as it should:
-Red light instead of green
-Firmware won't install
-Joystick doesn't work
-Auto-stabilization won't work


I charged the device to 100%, I did the whole setup process. These are persistent issues that I have no knowledge of fixing.
When I tried installing the firmware, it says that the update failed. It also mentioned that I needed to restart my aircraft, this isn't a drone.

Alright, I fixed the firmware/red light issue. However, my gimbal is stuck in sleep mode, and I don't know how to disable sleep mode. Also auto calibration doesn't do anything, it just stays at 0% with no movement.

Hi Jason, by sleep mode, do you mean the gimbal can't stabilize itself after switching on and cannot be controlled right? If yes, may I know if the indicator is green? Did you balance the mobile phone well? Please refer to the tutorial video below to use Osmo Mobile 2 properly:
