Newbie here, just purchased a Phantom 4 pro and shoot some video twice and it is choppy and either has black out or green screen??

Can you post a short clip here for us to view.
Are you looking at the video thats stored on your device or the video from the sd card in the drone?

I’m trying, and it is what is recorded on the DJI app

Ok well thats your problem
Only use the footage stored on the sd card.
The footage that gets stored on your device is very low quality cache file

Most people will disable the save to device feature in the app this stops any confusion as to which file you are viewing the file saved on the sd card is the high quality footage and wont have any errors in it

Oh and by the way welcome to the forum hope this info helps and you post some awesome videos for us to watch.

Are you recording in 4K or 2K and if so are you playing it back on a device that can handle those formats?
Attempting to playback 4K on a 1080 only device you will get choppy playback, 4K being the worst with 2K a little better but still choppy.
