hi, would anyone know what might be the issue? I have just updated my RC firmware. DJI go 4 indicates on screen RC connected. However when I enter the device the aircraft is disconnected.

I’m having the same problem with Mavic pro Platinum. Makes me think that the problem is with the firmware And  not our drones.

Please I have the same problem. I bought a used drone from someone on ebay who told me that the drone is a phantom 4 advanced version. He said his controller was faulty so I bought it without a controller. I bought a Controller from another seller and it is GL300C controller meant for phantom 4 advanced. it work with other drones likes even my phantom 4 pro plus but not with this advanced. what might be the reason please?
