I have already requested all the invoices about 2017 and 2018 dji's support payments because I need to receive that as far as possible in order to present the annual financial statement of my company.
I do not know how to solve this problem.
I also wrote in dji, but after getting this answer I did not hear from him. Does any of you have the same problem?

We have sent CAS numbers several times in response to our emails.

I hope that my problem can also help you to modify the site in the part of support, I think the problem is upstream because once was not asked the vat number.
Now the vat number is requested but it is not possible to change the name of the company receiving the assistance, therefore the invoices issued are however wrong and not valid for the Italian state.

I wait without problems, but the system must be managed better. Appreciate our advice because there are those who work with the drone as well as having fun.

we received this 11 of may 2018. We didn't receive any invoice but we regularly paid the VAT for all invoice.
