Had the same thing happen I ordered a new arm shaft replaced it and it was back to normal.
The two little tabs that the screws go into that hold the arm on bend, to replace it requires you to open the drone up
and unsolder the motor from the power board. Motor shaft about $5.00 your time about 2 Hrs.
(Warning)
Now unless you are good at soldering and disassembly of drones and want to void your warranty I wouldn't advise it.
I watched a video that Wachtberger gave me it's in German but the guy is very good its on you tube
under mavic air disassembly.
If you are under warranty start a case and send it in like DJI Diana said.
