Hi there,

Updated the firmware on my brand new RC (was told the RC needed an update) using Ronin MX Assistant.  Firmware update failed, now it shows version 0.0.0.0 and the RC doesn't work.  When I turn the RC on, the green lights 1 & 3 light up, 2 & 4 are off.  I'm guessing this is some kind of status code.

Please help, I need options.

The exact same thing has happened to my Ronin-MX remote....I type "door" and it asks for account and password, any chance I can get a PM, please?
