According to Agras MG-1S User Manual and Quick Start Guide for calibrating the magnetic compass, you should follow the "Compass Calibrating Procedures" described in pages 44-45. Point 3 of this procedure mentions: "Hold the aircraft with its nose facing up and rotating 360o along its central axis".
The graphic on the same page, shows the nose pointing down.
If we understand the aircraft "nose" direction as FORWARD, this graphic is wrong. I personally calibrate the compass with the Aircraft Status Indicator (light) facing up.
As a good calibration is a very critical procedure because (also according to the Agras User Manual) "lack of calibration can lead to abnormal compass data, causing poor performance flight or failure", DJI should inform and clarify this issue to all the Agras MG-1S users.
