given you are walking and your body motion, this is pretty good. YOu need to learn to walk softly like a sponge. Try walking with your phone and compare the two. The osmo will come out much smoother.
Try the 'ninja walk'. Where your body is NOT moving up and down while walking.
It looks super funny and is very tiresome, but a gimbal can not compensate for that UP - DOWN - UP movement your body is making while walking.
It will keep the subject centered, but you see the sides of the frame moving with your body.
Z axis solves this issue. Cheaper to stick in a stabiliser plug in in the edit. The slight movement can smooth out quite well without all the usual artefacts.
Fransua, Osmo series can pitch, roll and pan, but the vertical movement still need to be controlled, please refer to Montfrooij and Lwgray's suggestion, these are great ways to make the video more stable.
