Hi I am trying to connect my handset to my dji spark. The problem is I am following what they saying but for some reason nothing happening I am using my iPhone to controls the spark but want to use it as hard wired please someone help me

When you say hard wired, do you mean using a cord that goes from your phone to the remote?

Yeh the cable running from phone to tv handset. I get it connected to phone WiFi but the light stays red on handset am I doing something wrong.
