Hi, I just purchased new inspire 2 and x7 camera with lens. Inspire 2 is working fine camera view is also coming but no movement in gimbel at all while powering it on or using it with remote controller no movement at all only camera view is coming.
Tried upgrading it with assistant 2 & remote cotroller nothing seems to be helping me and its really frastating spending so much on new product and it behaves this way please help ...
Sid, we're sorry to hear about your experience with our product, please check the Aircraft Status in the APP to see if there is any error message. How about calibrating the gimbal? Will the gimbal move?
Please check the PIN on the gimbal connector and try to clean them with the ethyl alcohol, any chance to try another gimbal or another aircraft for further troubleshooting?
