Hello all,

Would anybody know if you can buy spare parts direct from DJI, my gimbal holder is broken (P4P) and i need to get a new one. I am in Perth Western Austraila.

Aloha Shawn,

     You might want to send an email to the DJI Store.  They used to sell camera packages (with gimbal) and still sell a great many parts.  But there is no guarantee that they will have you want.  You will have to look through their inventory.  

     Go to the Store and look at the upper right corner for Search Products and the magnifying glass.  Type in your search word and you can get a couple to a few pages of products, most of them having nothing to do with what you want.  But you will still be amazed.  I am always amazed at what they sell.

+1 with Cetacean.  I would also keep in mind that there are many other parts suppliers out there, some in China and some domestic.  I have made a point of acquiring a few extra parts already just to have on hand, mostly minor stuff.

Don't get duped, buying third party parts from any unknown suppliers.

Try to first acquire spares directly from our forum hosts.

They're all made in China.

Greetings Shawn,  Here is a link to an exact replacement "gimbal lock" from bhphotovideo.com.  They ship quickly and I'm pretty sure they will ship to Australia

If buying a replacement you might as well look out after one that fit while having filters mounted, PolarPro has one but i am sure there are other choices around.

The one linked above is genuine DJI and is compatible with most filters.
