Hi when I charge a 1 month old battery with 3 charges, at the end original charger hub has a red light and on the battery second led starting from the button blink 3 or 4 times (sorry I don't remember). I unplugged battery and pushing the button I have 4 green led, when I connect again battery green led on the hub and nothing else on the battery.
What's the problem?

Hi DJI support a week ago I chatted with customer care and the agent told me to update by assistant 2 battery firmware: done it.
Yesterday I charged battery but no issue resolved.
How to resolve issue?

Maybe have a look at the room temp I had almost the same issue because of AC turned on in room after the battery got back to normal temp it were resolved

Thanks for info I think isn't a temperature problem.
I chatted with customer care and rep told me to ship battery for repair: I mean is a software problem.
