Guys I cureently fly a phantom 3 advanced, it does all I need it just getting old now.

Im thinking of upgrading, but need an honest reply.

Is the mavic as good as, or better then the P3 I have now?.

Which model of Mavic are you referring to?  There are 3.

I want one thats at least as good as my P3.

If you want range and longer battery get the Mavic Pro/Mavic Pro Platinum.  If you want better portability and very slightly better camera but shorter range and shorter battery life get the Air.  

My opinion, save as much as you can and get the Phantom 4 pro v2. That's a leap forward. My mavic air has blurry/soft image issue, i did not know about others but Phantom is way better

I have the Mavic Pro I am very satisfied and pleased with it, that's my opinion.
