Hi,

I've been trying to Submit an Online Repair Request for the last 3 days in order to replace my Spark, but I keep getting this notice that the website is under maintenance. I'm in the US and it's past May 14 15:00 when services are expected to resume. Is anyone else still seeing this?

Thanks Robshaw. I just called Customer Service and they said try again in 24 hrs :/

Thanks DJI Diana. Site is still down though I'll try again tonight.

I was able to get the online repair request just a few minutes ago.  Got my case number and printed my UPS label.  On the error page that says "404", there is some Chinese writing highlighted in blue.  If you select that, it will take you to another page where you can select "SUBMIT A REPAIR REQUEST" and then go from there.

Thanks all, I can get into the Service Request site now, but when I try to enter my contact info/address nothing happens when I hit Submit, and I'm pretty much stuck at that point. I've tried two different browsers, Chrome and IE. Any ideas?

Sorry for the troubles, if the online repair request still cannot be submitted, please contact our support team to create a ticket manually.

I tried one more time with another browser, Firefox, and it worked. I was able to submit a repair/replacement request and was provided a Case #. Thanks again to everyone for all their help!
