Sent my Mavic Pro back for replacement due to gimbal issues, now I find out I need my serial number so dji can transfer my dji care plan. I didn’t take a picture or write it down cause I had the unit less then a week. Anywhere else I can find it?
You will find the serial number on your DJI account as you would have been required to record it to register for DJI refresh. Contact DJI when you receive the new unit and they will de assign the old unit and register the new serial number. It's fairly straight forward. The only annoying thing is the refresh policy is running whilst you are awaiting registration an cannot be back dated. Hope this helps.
