I have my drone phantom 3 pro that I bought for 1 year but I never use it for lack of time today I turn on my drone
-The basket emits beep and stays red
- sometimes it does not beep at the start and connects well to the drone while remaining green normally
-My phone does not connect to the basket
-when I try to start this does not give and sjust moves the camera

Hi there, does the RC beep frequently? If yes, please make sure the RC is fully charged and try to refer the below video and try to calibrate RC to see whether it works.
As for connecting DJI GO App, please turn on the RC, hold C1, C2 and shutter button at the same time, then connect the App again.

But have to ask, I wonder how you could have a DJI drone for a year and never have flown it?
