I'm trying everything to get help . No success in getting any ideas or help with my OnePlus 5 mobile phone.y system FW is up to date, everything is fully charged, I can start the drone BUT I cannot get the camera visuals on my screen "disconnected".

Let's start from the beginning.  Did you download the Go app?  Please tell us what you did from there.  Please be specific.  

Sorry for the trouble. May you please send us the screenshot of what you are seeing on your mobile phone? Also, the firmware version of your aircraft, remote controller and DJI Go app. Thank you!
