Dears,

My new Mavic Air works properly with the remote controler. Although I would like to try the mobile device control just in case (remote lost or stuck).
Unfortunatelly, I can't connect to the Wi-Fi : with the QR Code it says "impossible to connect" and getting the Wi-Fi directly in my iPhone 6S, it doesn't accept the password (the one printed on my Mavic Air).
Has anyone got the same issue?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. Please restart the drone and then refer to the user manual below to try it again. If still no good luck, please reset the wifi SSID and password, thanks!
