Is DJI planning to make a Mavic Pro waterproof? I think it would be the next step!

Nope.
But, it can handle a little water (at least there are some video's out there that show it can).

Yes, waterproof would make it a nice little submarine.  

Other than the Matrice the next waterproof drone will be the Phantom 5 or so folks are stating

Hi, the Mavic pro doesn't waterproof, please do not fly it in the rain.

I understand rain, but would it be ok to fly while snowing?
