Is this a screen grab from a video?
If so, what resolution did you film in?
Yes, there has been an update (I'm not sure when) that improved the video quality.
And yes, you might want to tweak the profile settings. What are you using now?
Hi Gordom, I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. Could you please provide an original video from the SD card? We'll look into it. For the firmware, we do recommend the latest one, please refer to the tutorial video below to refresh the firmware and then check if it fixes, thanks!

That should be good (1080p 30fps)
I know the profile settings can make or break your footage, I have to check what mine are set to when I get it back. (the Mavic)
I always shoot Dlog & Post in Davinci Resolve 15 (b3)
Camera Settings: Custom ~ Sharpness + 1 Contrast -1 Saturation -1
Firmware .0100
Filter: PolarPro ND 8 filter for most sun/water shots.
Sample: (sun flare could have been eliminated with one of my shades/oops)
If image quality concerns you, try doing a hard reset of your camera and reflash all your firmware then upgrade to the newest and try recording to see if the sharpness improved. There were many discussing when the Mavic Air first came out, it had better image quality than the Pro. After the most recent update, many now say the Pro is a little bit more sharper than the Air?
the things in the shadows like trees and stuff are hard to jugde from, show us some other "pieces" which have more contrast. Ie some brighter parts also.
