I just shot some 4K video of my wife garden and when I put it on my iPad Pro the video seems as if it is buffering it is not smooth and flowing. Is this a problem with my iPad or something wrong with my drone. Is the iPad unable to play 4K video smoothly or is something wrong in the Filming process

I'm confused. You put it on the iPad Pro?  Are you flying indoors/outdoors? everything updated iPad/drone?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. Could you please check all the original videos from the SD card or the internal storage to see if all the original ones have the issue? If yes, please provide an original video so that we can check it, thanks!

Can you play 4K videos, from other sources, on your iPad Pro without problems?  

Make sure the source (like YouTube) is actually streaming video in 4K mode.  
Having tried to play a 4K video, a quick check showed it was being stream at 720, not 4k.
