[SOLVED] Unable to access on DJI GS Pro with new iPad 2018

Dear Guys,
with my new iPad 2018 I download the last DJI GS Pro app.
When i try to login with my DJI account, I receive this message:

We're sorry, but something went wrong
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

This message appear in the last two days. I never login to the app. Can I check the logs?

thank you for your support.
The error appear with latest version of the app and iOS 11.3 (15E216).

Same error with iOS 11.3.1 (15E302). Is the account the same of DJI GO?

With APP version 1.8.3 (4035) and latest iOS version 11.4.1 (15G77) the login problem still remain. It seems not possible to resolve this issue until DJI add iPad 2018 in the list of certify device for GS Pro.

With APP versione 1.8.4 (4091) released on 31/07/18 it seems that the login problem has resolved on my new iPad 2018.
Today the app correctly recognize my login. I don't know if the problem is the past version of the app or me, but now all is working perfectly
Now it's time to test on field

Hello Suzan, is it possible to guide me in the djigspro software with flight control a3, when the bird starts the mission, after moving away from the remote control, when we turn off the remote control, the remote control shutdown warning sounds, and it cancels the mission and returns home, and sometimes it turns off accomplishes the mission
The point is that we used to use djigspro before, it never cancels the mission by turning off the remote, but now one of them keeps turning off the radio and returning home. Can you help, what is the problem?
