2 weeks back, I crossed the arid desert from Los Angeles into Nevada, and then riding into Arizona on a solo motorcycling journey.
It wasn't my first, but what I wanted to do different this holiday was to take side roads, stop at places that I would usually pass, and capture as much of the ride as possible.
Truth be told, it was sort of a hassle to carry a bag full of camera gear on a 13 year old Harley with no saddlebags. But looking back at the footage, I'm happy I did. These are priceless clips and memories cemented in gold.
Make copies and store in “separate locations. “. I lost 60+ years of photos, etc to a wildfire. And yes, I had several backups. Sadly all up in smoke. Still have memories but wish I could share some of those photos of our rides too.
This was a great video to watch.
I know that after a 2 week trip you have much more videos and I can't wait for you to post them.
Narrating the trip made it more enjoyable. Thanks for inviting us on your adventure.
Nice to see you got to the river run - I live here, in Bullhead City! It looks like you started the trip on Angeles Crest, then to I-15N; good choice! As others have said, protect these memories!
