B1houdini pointed out a link that led me to the answer, this one chap had the same problem as I, another thread gimbal vibrations, there are some images there, the image showing my problem was #7 image, I called it a track but it's actually a mount, you have to get the 2 front rubber mounts over in order to put the gimbal back in, if you get to the link it will explain it to you much better than I,  thank you for your concern.

will do, sorry about that, I had it figured out before but I couldn't explain how I fixed it until I seen that link.
