My magic Pro battery when I push it shows for lights but then shuts off and will not work. Will not start the Drone. Also when I plug it in it doesn't show any lights.

double tap the button then hold it on second tap to power it on, you see see the lights 1 by 1 light up together then let go...   
to turn battery off, just repeat the proccess.. see the lights go reverse order one by one until all out then let go.

make sure battery is first installed into the drone before you enable the battery.. turning battery on first then plugging it in could cause damge (somehow)

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. Please make sure the battery is inserted into to the drone well, then tap the button one second and following the second tap for few seconds to turn on the battery. If there is any further issue, please feel free to let us know.

It probably wouldn't hurt to go online and Read the Manual.... You would be surprised as some of the things in there.
