Does anyone know how to get offline maps working in the latest go 4 for Android. I see how to download them and give them names like region 1 Region 2 but it is not working properly and it does not seem possible to save any satellite maps in an offline cache. Any help please?

Yes I have the latest version and the latest firmware on my Inspire 2 RC. There is no error when I download offline maps but I have to use Wi-Fi to get any maps to work when I begin flying

Is there a particular folder in Android where the maps are stored

Don't mean to hijack this thread; but is offline map available for iOS version of the Go app?

Mapbox fails

All that money on a drone and i cant fly

Bring back Google maps at least the work

Please tell me the version of your app and the model of your mobile device. Did you try to change a mobile for further check?

My devices are a Samsung Galaxy S7 cell phone and Galaxy Tab S3 wifi only. App version is 4.2.16.  I discovered through testing that after I download offline maps and attempt to fly there without internet access , the Go4 app has to be restarted several times before the basic map  shows anything besides the red airport  warning circles, and sometimes will not show the map at all. After more testing, I found that AFTER I CONNECT TO THE INSPIRE AIRCRAFT, then the offline maps DO show up consistently. The main problem now is that I can only see the SATELLITE terrain maps when I have internet access but as soon as I go offline, EVEN WITHOUT RESTARTING THE APP, only the basic maps work. IS THERE ANY WAY TO DOWNLOAD OFFLINE SATELLITE MAPS ?
