I had a issue where I could not get DJI Assistant 2 to work on window 10. So one of the Adminsistrators sent me a link to download it which it works fine Version: 1.2.2.859 On my home screen all I have is the below list:
1. Firmware update
2. Log export
3. Calibration
I am missing Data Upload, Black Box, Simulator and Wifi Settings.   
Why is this diffrent.

Quick guess - DJI provided you with a test version of Assistant 2, which does not have all features.

So what can one do if you need to get to the black box. Might have to wait until a Adminsistrators jumps in. Should I try to download it again.

So this is what I have done. I deleted the DJI Assistant 2 you sent me and downloaded the latest  Version: V1.2.4 and it seems to be running on window 10.
So now I have the Simulator on my home screen which I did not have before but still missing Data Upload, Black Box, and Wifi.

Hi, kindly please check the DJI Assistant 2 Release Notes from the website: https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads, the latest DJI Assistant 2 v1.2.4 was released on 2018-05-16, the Simulator be added. If there is any further update, we'll let you know for the first time on the website, thanks!

Hi, for the Mavic air, you download the data via "Log Export". Actually, I have forwarded this to our engineers and they checked it, it is normal, please don't worry.
