I just noticed that whenever I take a video of the shoreline ,  the horizon has a difference of level, any way I can fix this or adjusting  the level of the gimbal?

Do the following in the order listed:

1) IMU calibration on a level surface,
2) Compass calibration in wide open space,
3) Automatic gimbal calibration on a level surface.

If your gimbal is still not level after the above steps, you can manually adjust the gimbal roll in the gimbal settings menu. Again, do this on a level surface.
