Missing iconen on the screen, whats the problemen.

Yup msinger beat me to it you are in sports mode and takes those icons away as it is not even an option in sports mode.  On the right side of controller is the switch that is now in the up position and needs to be down.  An interesting note is say the button is in sports mode before you power on that you will not officially be in sports mode as the speed will still be normal but functions will still be gone in normal mode.  Switching back in normal mode will help

im going to have to agree with msinger here.  

sport mode is enabled (switched on on the controller) and thus intelligent flight modes get disabled.  they only work if sport mode switch is toggled off in the controller or to p-gps mode (phantoms and inspires)
