I'm trying to renew my DJI Care Refresh but when I enter my Aircraft S/N it gives me an error in red "System error. Please contact DJI Support to purchase this service."
How do I proceed?

We have released DJI Care Refresh+ which offers you the chance to renew your Care Refresh by extending its coverage for one more year, providing one more opportunity to replace your damaged DJI product for a small additional charge.

Could you please PM me your serial number so that I can have a try?

DJI Care Refresh + can only be purchased if:
1) DJI Care Refresh has already been purchased.
2) DJI Care Refresh has not yet expired.
3) There is at least one product replacement left under DJI Care Refresh.

I see, please contact us via Facebook Messenger @DJISupport and film a drone verification video following the DJI support specialist’s instructions. After DJI Care Refresh + is purchased, the service will take effect automatically.
