Hi I bought Tello for less than a month and waited two weeks to have an appointment with the support centre.

The quotation for repairing is high (half of the new tello cost) than my expectation but I can't get a support to discuss over the phone.

I wonder why I need to pay for service fee for HKD271 while it is still under warranty.  All it got to fix is the wire attached to one of the motor(电机_CCW_短线).

In addition there are only little worn out at the propeller, which I don't expect to be replaced.  You may see the attached picture.
